Congratulations to OS3 Eli Abraham!

We are proud to celebrate his graduation from Operations Specialist (OS) A-School at the U.S. Coast Guard Training Center in Petaluma, California!

As an Operations Specialist, Eli joins the watchstanders who help keep our maritime borders safe. OS personnel coordinate search and rescue missions, monitor vessel traffic, support law-enforcement operations, and maintain critical communication systems that keep the Coast Guard running 24/7. It’s a job that requires focus, discipline, and a commitment to protecting those on the water — and Eli has stepped up to the challenge with pride.

His accomplishment is a win not only for him and his family, but also for our Marshallese community. We honor his dedication and the path he’s paving for others.
